Entrees are equally as inventive—don’t miss the Hoof & Feather, a venison chop with breast of duck and calvados flamed pears—but make sure you listen to the specials before you order, since this restaurant has an ever-changing rotation of in-season dishes, which sometimes outshine the regular menu.
