"Stately decor and faultless service are the hallmarks of this aptly named hotel. Exit through the heavy brass-and-glass doors and you’re mere steps from the Eixample’s Modernista gems."

Be sure to specify which room category you want: Urban and Privilege rooms face the street (better views but, naturally, noisier, unless you’re on a higher floor), while the others open onto the less spectacular but quieter interior patio.

Many very quiet rooms look out onto an interior courtyard, but in our opinion the ones to request are those with French balconies or small terraces (which overlook either the street or courtyard).
