The hotel has a pleasant social resort hum to it, nicely suited for families; the Millennium Hilton just up the river might appeal more to the hip crowd, but anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of crossing the river will look to Silom or Sukhumvit roads.

There are a wide range of room types, but standard fare has hardwood floors, Thai alphabet designs on the walls, and epic views of the river (if you ask for this).
